About these terms
These terms govern your use of celebrityhai.com (the "website") and set out the general framework for engagements arranged through CelebrityHai, a brand of Techistic Online Platform Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated in India with offices at 1st Floor, Krishna Tower, Dhawas Road, Heerapura Extension, Jaipur, Rajasthan and A-88, Sector 4, Noida, Uttar Pradesh ("CelebrityHai", "we", "us"). By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Using the website
You must be at least 18 years old to use the website, except that a person under 18 may apply to our talent network together with a parent or guardian. If you use the website on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it.
Our role
CelebrityHai is a celebrity and talent management agency. We represent talent where a representation agreement exists, and we arrange Engagements between Clients and talent. A talent profile on the website means that Clients can enquire about that talent through us; it does not by itself mean that we exclusively represent them. Every Engagement is subject to the talent's acceptance.
Enquiries, quotes and bookings
Enquiries are invitations to discuss, not bookings. Our responses, shortlists and quotes are based on the information you give us and on the talent's position at the time; they are not offers capable of acceptance and may change until confirmed in writing.
An Engagement is confirmed only when an Agreement has been signed by the required parties and any advance payment it specifies has been received. Until then, neither CelebrityHai nor any talent is committed to any date, fee or deliverable.
Fees, payments and taxes
Fees are quoted in Indian rupees and exclude Goods and Services Tax and other applicable taxes, which are added at the prevailing rate unless the quote says otherwise. Travel, accommodation, hospitality, riders, production costs and similar expenses are charged as set out in the quote or Agreement. Payment schedules, due dates and the consequences of late payment are set out in each Agreement. We do not publish talent fees.
Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms are set out in each Agreement and take precedence over this section. In general: if the Client cancels or reschedules, charges may apply depending on how close to the Engagement date the change is made and on costs already incurred; if talent is unable to perform, we will propose a suitable alternative or a new date, and if neither is acceptable, amounts paid for undelivered services will be refunded as the Agreement provides.
Neither party is responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, government orders, civil unrest, or a serious illness or emergency affecting the talent. The Agreement sets out how such events are handled.
Content approvals and usage rights
Deliverables, approval rounds and the scope of use of any content featuring talent (media, territories and duration) are defined in the Agreement. Content may be used only within that scope. Any use beyond it, including extending duration, adding media or territories, or using content after the term, requires a new written agreement and may attract further fees. Talent's name, image, voice and likeness remain theirs and may not be used except as the Agreement permits.
Advertising standards and compliance
Clients are responsible for the accuracy of their products, services and advertising claims, for holding evidence to substantiate them, and for complying with applicable law, including consumer protection law, the Guidelines for Prevention of Misleading Advertisements and Endorsements, the ASCI Code and any sector-specific rules. Clients must provide substantiation and regulatory information when talent or we reasonably request it.
Paid content must be clearly disclosed as advertising. Talent may decline any brief, script or content that they consider misleading, unsafe or inconsistent with their image, and may withdraw from an Engagement in the circumstances the Agreement allows.
Information on the website
We publish talent information only after it has been confirmed with the talent or their management, and brand names only with the brand's permission. Logos shown as clients of our group are clients of Techistic Online Platform Pvt Ltd, including through our sister brand InfluencerHai, and do not mean that each brand has run a celebrity campaign with CelebrityHai. Availability, fees and willingness to accept any Engagement are confirmed only on enquiry. While we take care to keep information accurate, we do not guarantee that it is complete or current at all times.
Talent registration
Submitting a talent application does not create a representation agreement or guarantee any work. You confirm that the information and links you provide are accurate and that you are entitled to share them. Applicants under 18 must apply with a parent or guardian. We do not charge any fee to register, audition or be considered for representation.
Fraud warning
CelebrityHai never asks talent or aspiring talent to pay registration, audition, portfolio or placement fees, and never asks Clients to pay into a personal bank account. If anyone asks for such payments in our name, do not pay, and report it to [email protected] or +91-8789740022. Our only official contact details are those shown on this website.
Intellectual property
The website, its design, text, graphics and software are owned by or licensed to Techistic Online Platform Pvt Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use, but you may not copy, reproduce, scrape or republish substantial parts of the website without our written permission. Third-party names, logos and trademarks shown on the website belong to their respective owners.

The website links to and embeds services run by others, such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, YouTube, Vimeo and social media platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers
Articles, guides and FAQs on the website are general information, not legal, financial or tax advice; confirm current rules with your own advisers before acting. The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, CelebrityHai is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue or goodwill, arising from your use of the website. Our liability in connection with any Engagement is governed by the relevant Agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify CelebrityHai against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the website, or information or materials you submit that are false or infringe someone else's rights.
Privacy
Our use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Suspension of access
We may suspend or restrict access to the website, or decline enquiries or applications, where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached or to protect talent, Clients or the website.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any dispute-resolution clause in an Agreement, the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the website.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. Changes apply from that date and do not affect Agreements already signed.
