Who we are

CelebrityHai is a brand of Techistic Online Platform Pvt Ltd ("CelebrityHai", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in India with offices at 1st Floor, Krishna Tower, Dhawas Road, Heerapura Extension, Jaipur, Rajasthan and A-88, Sector 4, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. For the purposes of Indian data protection law, Techistic Online Platform Pvt Ltd is the data fiduciary responsible for personal data processed through celebrityhai.com.

The same company operates InfluencerHai, an influencer marketing platform, which publishes its own privacy policy for its own services.

What this policy covers

This policy covers personal data we process when you visit celebrityhai.com, send a brand or booking enquiry, apply to join our talent network, apply for a job, or contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp. It also covers information about talent that we publish on profile pages.

It does not cover websites or services run by others that we link to, such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, YouTube or social media platforms. Their own privacy policies apply.

Laws we follow

We process personal data in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 as their provisions come into force. Where the laws differ during the transition, we apply the higher standard.

Personal data we collect

We collect personal data in the following ways:

What we do not collect

We do not ask for passwords, card or bank details, government identity numbers, health, biometric or other sensitive personal data through this website. Payments for engagements are made against invoices under a written agreement, not through the website. Please do not send sensitive data through our forms or WhatsApp.

Why we use your data

We use personal data only for the purposes it was given for, or that are compatible with them:

Our forms ask for your consent before you submit them, and tell you what the data will be used for. Where you voluntarily give us data for a specific purpose, such as calling us about a booking, we use it for that purpose. We also process data where necessary to perform an agreement with you, or to comply with the law. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing already carried out, and we may need to keep some records where the law requires.

Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only as follows:

Talent applications are private

Talent registrations are stored separately from brand enquiries, reviewed only by our talent team, never published on the website, and never shared with brands without the applicant's agreement. We do not charge any fee to register.

Children's data

Our website is meant for adults. Where someone under 18 applies to our talent network, the application must be made with a parent or guardian, whose details we collect and who is our contact for any next steps. We process a child's data only with the verifiable consent of a parent or lawful guardian, only for assessing representation, and we do not track, profile or target advertising at children.

How long we keep data

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as the law requires:

How we protect data

We use reasonable security practices, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the website, access limited to the staff who need it, a separate private store for talent applications, spam and abuse protection on forms, and contractual obligations on our service providers. No system is completely secure; if a personal data breach occurs, we will inform the Data Protection Board of India and affected people as the law requires.

Where data is stored

Our service providers may store or process data on servers in India or other countries. Where data is transferred outside India, we do so only to the extent permitted by Indian law and any restrictions notified by the Government, and with providers that protect it to a standard consistent with this policy.
