About Dipa Karmakar
Dipa Karmakar from Tripura is the face of Indian gymnastics. She became the first Indian woman gymnast to compete at the Olympics and finished fourth on vault at Rio 2016, performing the dangerous Produnova vault. She won Asian Championships gold in 2024 before retiring.
